About me
I'm Alisa Samoilenko - a Ukrainian architectural designer with over 10+ years of experience and portfolio of more 200+ completed projects across Europe, Southeast Asia, and United States. My work spans high-end residences, boutique hotel, cultural spaces, and commercial interiors - each designed with precision, clarity, and a deep sensitivity to context. Currently based in New York, I focus on creating emotionally intelligent spaces for visionary developers and private clients. I combine aesthetic rigor with global perspective, merging timeless elegance with contemporary vision.

My Approach
My process is as strategic as it is artistic. I begin by listening - not just to words, but to vision, landscape, and intent. Each project is a dialogue - between form and feeling, function and emotion.
With a strong architectural foundation and a deep understanding materials, proportion, and flow, I guide each project from concept to completion. Whether it's a single villa or a residential development, I ensure consistency of vision, precision in execution, and beauty in every detail.
Clients work with me for:
Deep one-on-one involvement
Aesthetically driven yet business-smart design
Clear communication across all phases
A design process that respects time, value, and individuality
THE philosophy
Design is not decoration - it's architecture for the soul.
I believe that great spaces don't need shout - they resonate. True luxury is found in silence, balance, light, and the tactile honestly of materials.
Every space I create holds three core elements:
Essense - a clarity of idea that transcends trends
Emotion - a feeling of intimacy, identity, and place
Elegance - a refined restraint that allows the architecture to breath
My collaboration is built on trust, timeless aesthetics, and a commitment to working with those who seek depth over noise, and character over spectacle.
